By using Botoscope, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that all payments made for the Service are final.

Botoscope operates on a prepaid, usage-based billing model. All payments made to Botoscope are converted into service credits and are non-refundable.

🔸 Where Payments Are Made

  • All payments, balance top-ups, and credit purchases are performed exclusively through the official Botoscope Telegram bot.
  • The Botoscope website does not process payments, accept funds, or initiate any financial transactions.
  • No billing, charging, or credit-related operations are performed on the website.

🔸 Prepaid Balance and Credits

  • Funds added through the Telegram bot are converted into service credits and made immediately available for use.
  • Credits represent payment for access to digital services and platform usage.
  • Credits are consumed automatically based on actual Service usage, including active bots, selected tariff settings, and usage duration.
  • No refunds are provided for unused, partially used, or remaining credits, regardless of account activity, inactivity, or Service configuration.
  • Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or returned to the original payment method.

🔸 Usage-Based Billing

  • Credits are deducted automatically as the Service is used.
  • Stopping, pausing, or deleting bots does not entitle the user to a refund of remaining credits.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to monitor credit usage and account balance.

🔸 No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for, including but not limited to:

  • User error, misconfiguration, or misunderstanding of the Service
  • Lack of usage after adding funds
  • Temporary unavailability of the Service or third-party platforms
  • Changes in pricing, tariffs, or Service structure
  • Issues caused by third-party services, APIs, or platforms

🔸 Exceptions

No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
User dissatisfaction, lack of usage, or service availability do not constitute grounds for a refund.
A refund will be issued only if strictly required by mandatory applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue affecting the Service, please contact support. We may assist with troubleshooting, but refunds are not provided.
