Botoscope includes an integrated support system that allows customers to send messages directly to the admin panel via Telegram β without leaving the bot.
π Where Customers Can Contact Support
- π From a product page β the user can tap the βManagerβ button on the product message to ask a question.
- π¦ From an order β if the user has already placed an order, they can go to My Orders, select the order, and tap the βManagerβ button to ask something about it.
In both cases, a chat session is started automatically inside the bot.
βοΈ How It Works for Admins
- All messages appear in the Support tab in the admin panel.
- Each message includes a label indicating whether it is related to:
- πΉ A specific product
- πΈ A specific order
- Admins can respond in real time β the message will be sent directly to the customer in Telegram.
- Messages are instant as long as the customer has not blocked the bot.
