Each product in Botoscope can include images and videos, displayed as a media gallery inside the Telegram store-bot. This helps customers better understand your product and builds trust.
⚙️ How to Upload Images and Videos
- Go to the product card or the product table.
- Click the media gallery icon in the “Media” column.
- A window will open where you can upload new files or choose from existing ones.
Supported formats:
- 📷 Images: JPG, PNG
- 🎬 Videos: MP4 (with size limits, see below)
📏 Limitations
- You can attach up to 8 media items per product — any combination of images and videos (e.g. 6 photos + 2 videos).
- Telegram may not display large video files correctly — usually anything over 10–20 MB causes issues depending on the device or app version.
- We recommend uploading videos that are no larger than 10 MB.

🧠 Easy Media Sorting
- You can drag and drop your images and videos to change their display order.
- This works both inside the product card and directly in the product table.
- The first media item is used as the product’s main thumbnail.
✅ Recommendations
- Use images under 1 MB for faster loading.
- Videos should be short (e.g. 10–15 seconds) and compressed.
- Add at least 2–3 images to show the product from different angles.
