- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data

- Miscommunication with customers via bots
- Failure of integrations or automations
- Downtime of external systems (e.g., Telegram, WooCommerce)
You use the platform at your own risk.
3. User Responsibility
As a user, you are solely responsible for:
- Any content or data you upload or send through the platform
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements (including data protection and e-commerce laws)
- Securing your credentials, API keys, and access tokens
- All activity performed through your bots, integrations, or linked accounts
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to create, operate, or promote bots, stores, or automated systems that involve unlawful, prohibited, or regulated activities under applicable laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, activities that violate criminal, trade, consumer protection, or public safety regulations in any applicable jurisdiction.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the Service is being used for prohibited purposes, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, disable, or permanently block access to the Service, including associated bots and integrations, without prior notice and without compensation.
In cases involving serious violations, illegal activity, or risk of harm, we may report such activity to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
5. Third-Party Services
Botoscope integrates with third-party services such as Telegram, WooCommerce, and payment or infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of any third-party services. Any issues, restrictions, or changes imposed by third parties are outside of our responsibility.
6. Service Changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we detect abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms of Use. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, code, design, trademarks, and underlying logic used in the Service are the intellectual property of Botoscope. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

All payments and balance top-ups are performed exclusively via the official Botoscope Telegram bot. The website does not process, accept, or facilitate payments.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Botoscope does not store, process, or have access to users’ payment credentials or sensitive financial data. Any personal data submitted during payment processing is handled exclusively by the payment provider in accordance with their policies.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Botoscope platform is a tax resident, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. No Professional Advice
Botoscope does not provide legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Any decisions or actions taken based on the use of the Service are made at your own discretion and risk.
12. Business and Commercial Risk Disclaimer
You expressly acknowledge and agree that all business, commercial, financial, legal, and operational risks arising from the use of the Service remain solely with you. Botoscope does not assume and shall not be held responsible for any business decisions, outcomes, losses, liabilities, or damages incurred as a result of using the platform.
This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of profits, customers, or market position
- Incorrect pricing, automation logic, or messaging
- Legal, tax, or regulatory consequences
- Failed transactions or customer disputes
- Business interruption or reputational damage
The Service is a technical tool only and does not replace professional judgment. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
