The Broadcasting tool in Botoscope allows you to send a custom message to all users who are subscribed to your Telegram shop. It’s a powerful marketing feature for promoting events, sales, and updates — delivered directly inside the bot.
💡 What Is Broadcasting?
Broadcasting is the ability to send a one-time message to all customers who have interacted with your bot and are still subscribed (i.e., they haven’t blocked the bot).
It’s especially useful for:
- 🛍 Announcing a sale or discount campaign
- 🎉 Sharing holiday greetings or special events
- 🆕 Informing users about new product arrivals
- ⚠️ Sending important updates or policy changes
✍️ How to Use the Broadcast Tool
- Go to the “Broadcast” tab in the admin panel.
- Write your message in the text area.
- You can save the message as a draft and edit it later, or send it immediately.
- Click Send — and the message will be delivered to all active users.
📬 What Customers See
Each customer will receive your broadcast as a personal message from the bot inside Telegram — delivered directly to their chat, like a notification.
🚨 Important Notes
- Only users who have not blocked the bot will receive the message.
- Messages are delivered instantly and reliably, following Telegram’s official message delivery rules.
- You cannot segment the audience in this version — all active users receive the same message.
